I recognise the fillers... Ken's got the same tanks on his trike. Very nice, but don't know who makes em...

I bet the center panel was just cut from stock, I have never seen a diamond plate one on any 2 wheeler to my knowledge. Personally, I like the leather one's that have the built in pouch. And there's just something about leather that make it more personal...
