Man, I'm REALLY getting cheap now...... but I hate wasting money....and we go through coffeee cans right regular. PERFECT mixing cans......'cept ya can't see thru 'em, and there ain't no ratio scales on 'em.....yeah, but they got those cool snap on plastic covers to keep bugs and crap out, betwen gun fillings....
OK, OK....calibrated stirring stick. I made mine outa oak, about 1/4" thick, 3/4" wide, and 18" long. On one end I cut a knotch 4" from the end, then another 1" above that, and another 1" above that. On the other side, I cut a knotch at 2", 1/2" and 1/2"
Put stick in can, pour paint to first knotch, pour hardener to next notch, and thinner to next knotch.
Stir vigorously.......LMAO!
I ain't tried it yet, but sure seems like a low dollar, low tech method to save a few bucks! I'll let ya know in a couple of weeks.
